then by decent to the family
It is unknown if the collection number on the back was from the Jacobs or if it was from a previous owner, but the piece has been in their collection until their children inherited it in 2019.
It is a nice strong example of this kind of figure with an unusual eye type which I have seen on only a few examples over the years.
