A fantastic miniature with a great presence. When viewed from the side the mother’s head is slightly tilted backwards, and I really like the depiction of her hands cradling her baby. I’ve had this in my collection for about 20 years now. I bought it when I was very actively collecting maternity figures, and it’s been my favorite small piece in my collection.
